Importance of Nutrition For Staying Healthy Vagina

The vagina is one of the important organs of women who must be preserved and maintain health and kesersihannya, because it affects reproductive health in particular.

Simple diet can help keep the vagina healthy, preventing yeast infection or bladder infection and maintain pH balance.

 1. probiotics
